Quotes

To receive a quote from us please go to Get A Quote and fill out the quick and easy form with as much information as possible. Once we’ve received and reviewed your form we will create a quote and email it to the address you registered with. We will also update My Quotes with a copy of your quote which you can download.

For single home projects where all required information is supplied, our usual turnaround times for quotes will be 48 hours or sooner, within our normal working hours of Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. A member of our Underfloor Heating team will contact you promptly to discuss the details of your project and confirm your expected quotation time.

Your quote will be guaranteed for 30 days. If you haven’t placed your order within 30 days, we advise you contact us to review your quote and update any price where necessary.

This is to help us track projects that have been won or lost. You can update the status of quotes in My Quotes section. This is where you can also request an amendment for a quote.

Ordering Stock

If you’ve won a project, go to My Quotes and Accept Quote. A member of our Underfloor Heating Fulfilment Team will then get in touch as to how you want to proceed: place a full project order, order part of the project or let us know if you’re taking the order from your existing stock. If you need to place an order, upload your PO on the Upload Purchase Order form, which you can find in your dashboard.

You can upload your Purchase Orders for Underfloor Heating straight from your dashboard. Simply visit Upload Purchase Order and fill in the form. We require your PO number, name of who raised the PO, a project reference if you have one and a copy of the PO. A member of our Fulfilment Team will process your order and ensure it is delivered promptly.

Account

To close your Merchant Portal Account with us, please send an email to ufh.enquiries@polypipe.com informing us of your request. The Polypipe UFH team will guide you through the account closure process and ensure that your request is handled promptly and efficiently.
